1965.... A family run business - established in 1965 by Ken Wagstaff installing central heating systems and also running an office from home along with his wife Val.

1976.... Along with sons Garry and Mike, the first shop at Upminster Bridge Station was opened supplying plumbing and heating materials, along with the opening of the Service and Repair side.

1996.... The second shop was opened supplying Boiler and central heating spares followed in 1998 by the adjoining shop which serves as the main offices.

2008.... A new shop premises was added in November 2008 which involved resiting the boiler spares shop and also enlarging the offices of the installation and service department.
